In Advent and Lent the parish brings in various guest speakers for several nights. Generally a 3-day event. We gather together for teaching, prayer, and reflection. The mission generally ends with a Reconciliation service.
Eucharist Adoration
In the Church, every first Friday, we have Eucharistic Adoration from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. when we can gaze upon Christ in the Eucharist, exposed in the gold, cross-shaped "monstrance." There is a schedule of committed people who spend one hour each week in the chapel. Tradition refers to these times as a "holy hour." In the quiet of the church, there is a Holy Presence and we are free to be ourselves, share our hearts, listen to God. We can be still, worship or pray.
Women’s Book Club
Gathering every other Monday evening at 7pm in the parish office, we meet to discuss our current book. Join us for fellowship, support, and the opportunity to meet some great women. Past books include: “The Way of the Mystics”, “A Father Who Keeps his Promises”, and “Jesus Shock.” To join, contact the parish office.
Men’s Group
We gather to pray the rosary on Thursdays at 6:45am and then move to the parish office for a light breakfast and lively discussion. If you are interested in joining, please contact Deacon Joe at 206-859-5160 or
